Returns:

All returns must have an RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. No returns after 30 days. Returned parts must be stocking items, in good shape and in current packaging. Discontinued parts and parts in out-of-date packaging cannot be returned. No returns on used items, electronic items, or special order items.Call tags or labels are NOT sent for returns unless you have a defective part or you received an incorrect part. We do our best to keep up with industry changes and substitutions. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon by Keyser Manufacturing.
